23-year-old Carlos Ramirez appeared in court Monday for his alleged role in a sexual assault of a child on school property.
His bond was set at 2.5 million dollars for first-degree sexual assault of a minor and third-degree sexual assault of a child.
Staff at Pawnee Elementary School in Bellevue contacted police on December 14th to report the alleged incident after getting information from students about an OPS security guard having sexual contact with a student on school property.
