BEATRICE, Neb. -- New court documents from State Senator Julie Slama's attorneys accuse Charles Herbster's team of dragging its feet when it comes to turning over documents.

Slama says Herbster groped her three years ago. He says it never happened and is suing her for defamation, while she counter-sues.

Slama's team is now asking Kellyanne Conway to hand over any correspondence she had with Herbster regarding a second woman who came forward.

They are asking the same from two other employees of former President Trump, who both attended the event where the alleged assault happened.

A district court judge will weigh in on the matters next week in Beatrice.
