A six-month investigation into possible election fraud in one of the state's largest counties has come up empty.

According to the Sarpy County Attorney's office, the probe which examined two of the most recent elections found, “no evidence of widespread election fraud, voter suppression, or criminal misbehavior."

A special investigator, William Black, was hired to examine 52 election-related complaints and the 2020 General Election and 2022 Primary.

Black did find instances of “human error” which did not influence any election outcomes, according to a 32-page report.
