Garden County’s Ridglyn Stanczyk signs to play volleyball at Nebraska Wesleyan
OSHKOSH, Neb. - Garden County standout Ridglyn Stanczyk signed her letter of intent to continue her volleyball career at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Garden County Schools announced the signing this week, congratulating Stanczyk on the next step in her athletic and academic career. Stanczyk also shared the news on social media, thanking those who supported her along the way.
“I’m excited to announce my commitment to Nebraska Wesleyan University to continue my volleyball career,” Stanczyk wrote. “Thank you to everyone who has supported me this far.”
Stanczyk closes her high school career with 984 kills with a .286 hitting percentage, while adding 130 blocks and 128 service aces.
She was a key contributor to Garden County’s run to the Nebraska High School State Volleyball Tournament this fall. The Eagles earned a state berth before falling to Dundy County-Stratton in straight sets in the opening round.
Nebraska Wesleyan competes at the NCAA Division III level.
