Going into the last big driving holiday weekend of the year the Nebraska Department of Transportation wants you to know the goal this Labor Day and every day is to make your drive more "reliable."
The most unreliable stretch of road in the state is on Interstate 80 in Omaha, according to NDOT Director John Selmer. "Between 60th street and the Kennedy Freeway eastbound, so that's an area where we can look at and how can we improve that."

Those fixes could range from more lanes to speed changes.
And if you're wondering what the definition of a reliable road is, well here's what we're told, according to Selmer: If you expect your drive to work to take 25 minutes and it takes 20-30 minutes that's OK, if it's from 20-90 minutes that's not OK.
