KEARNEY, Neb. — Parade-goers are leaving with a smile after taking in the Nebraska Shrine Bowl Parade on Saturday morning.

The North and South teams and their coaching staffs hit the streets of Kearney to wave to locals and supporters. They were joined by officials like Mayor Stan Clouse, UNK Athletic Director Marc Bauer and Loper football coach Ryan Held. Members of the Shriner temples from across the state participated with their signature out-of-the-ordinary transportation.

The parade is part of the lead up to the 65th annual Nebraska Shrine Bowl all-star football game. It will be played at 6:00 p.m. at Cope Stadium on the UNK campus. You can watch the game live on News Channel Nebraska TV.
