Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for parts of the Nebraska Panhandle and eastern Wyoming.

PANHANDLE -- A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Banner County.

The warning is in effect until 5:15 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the following locations:

Western Banner County in the Panhandle of Nebraska, Southeastern Goshen County in southeastern Wyoming and Northeastern Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming.

At 4:20 p.m. a severe thunderstorm was located near Gun Barrel, or 27 miles northeast of Cheyenne, moving east at 35 mph.
