In a week that has included a countersuit and a TV ad, the conflict between Charles Herbster and Julie Slama now includes Sen. Lou Ann Linehan calling Herbster a “predator.”

Team Herbster quick to point out that Linehan and three lawmakers at her side this week, are all backing Herbster’s GOP rival, Jim Pillen, who is backed by Gov. Pete Ricketts.

Ricketts who has said Herbster would be a “horrible” governor and Kellyanne Conway, one of former President Donald Trumps closest advisors, launching their own fight.

And on Friday, Trump—who is supporting Herbster—is scheduled to be in Greenwood, holding one of his trademark rallies for Herbster, saying —well, stay tuned for that.
