LINCOLN - Just like the entire state of Nebraska, the National Weather Service has placed Lincoln in a wind chill warning.

Lincoln's wind chill warning is in effect until 12 PM on Saturday.

Highs in the Capital City are expected to remain below zero on Thursday. The wind chills could get as low at -40 degrees with gusts up to 39 mph possible.

Lincoln is also in a winter weather advisory until 6 PM Thursday evening.
