OMAHA, Neb. -- The Supreme Court is upholding the murder conviction of a man found guilty of killing an Omaha realtor.

The state's High Court released its decision Friday in the case of Ross Lorello III.

Lorello is serving a life sentence after being found guilty last May of killing Mickey Sodoro, whose body was found at a property that Sodoro had shown to Lorello the day before.

Lorello appealed his conviction, saying there wasn't enough evidence to support his conviction. He also alleged some type of interactions between the jurors and Sodoro's family - which he wanted investigated.

But the Supreme Court found no merit to his claims, upholding a decision made by the State Appeals Court last year.
