Funeral services held for murdered priest

Funeral services were held today, for a Catholic priest who was murdered last week.

65-year-old Fr. Stephen Gutgsell, was stabbed to death during an apparent break-in at the rectory of St. John the Baptist Church in Fort Calhoun, about 20 miles north of Omaha.

Services were held at St. Cecilia Cathedral in Omaha, led by Archbishop George Lucas.

A Sioux City man has been charged with Fr. Gutgsell's murder.

43-year-old Kierre Williams' next court date is January 3rd.
