SIDNEY, Neb. – Music artist Jaden Schumacher released his latest single, “Block Party Remix,” featuring underground rap artist Lil $hoo. The genre-blending track debuted Thursday and combines country with hip-hop.

The Mitchell, Neb. High School graduate and Nashville-based singer-songwriter will bring his mix of country storytelling and crowd-pumping anthems to Sidney’s Downtown Sounds concert series on Friday, Aug. 15.

Schumacher, who launched his music career in 2023, has gained momentum with singles like “88mph” and “Doin’ My Rounds,” which earned over 95,000 and 55,000 spins on Spotify, respectively. Known for his blend of traditional and modern country influences, the self-taught guitarist has opened for national acts and performed for crowds of up to 6,000.

His upcoming Doin’ My Rounds Tour will roll through cities from Nashville to Denver.
