BLAIR, Neb.-- A 60-year-old Blair resident is missing.

 

Blair Police officers say they responded to a report of a missing and potentially suicidal man this morning. 

 

It is reported by police that 60-year-old Furmain Bicaba, a Blair resident, was last seen leaving his home at 5:30 a.m., leaving behind a suicide note.

 

The Police Department says officers initiated a ground search, deploying drones to aid in aerial observation. Rescue boats and drones from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue, and the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission assisted in searching the Missouri River.

 

He is described as a Black male, 60 years old, 6 feet tall, approximately 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray “Cabela’s” sweatshirt

 

Currently, the search has not yielded results.
