BRIDGEPORT, Neb. - The South Platte Valley Association will tip off its conference basketball tournaments Jan. 20-24.

On the boys bracket, Kimball enters as the West No. 1 seed and will open tournament play against Mitchell in the first round on Tuesday. Bridgeport is the West No. 2 seed and will face Perkins County. 

On the girls side, Bridgeport holds the West No. 1 seed and will open against Kimball in a first-round matchup, while Perkins County and Mitchell meet on the opposite side of the West bracket.

Kimball High School will host the west first round games. 

The semifinals and championship games are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at North Platte Community College. The consolation semifinal games will be played Thursday at Perkins County High School in Grant. Placement games will also be at NPCC on Saturday.
