OPD: Man arrested after cutting incident over rent dispute

OMAHA, Neb. -- One person is in custody after a Thursday incident in which multiple people were cut.
Omaha Police officers responded to the 2400 block of N. 92nd Avenue shortly after 3:30 a.m., locating three victims suffering from multiple wounds.
Officers say that the suspect, 31-year-old Kevin Buczkowski, was still at the scene and was taken into custody.
OPD says the victims were cut during a disturbance over rent. All three victims were transported by medics to Bergan Mercy Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Buczkowski was booked into Douglas County Corrections on one count of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault and three counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony.
