Omaha shooting suspect appears in court
An Omaha man made his first court appearance Monday related to a shooting last week.

OMAHA, Neb. -- An Omaha man made his first court appearance Monday related to a shooting last week.
Twenty-two-year-old Robert Pierce faces felony assault and weapon charges.
This is after a shooting last Thursday that police say began with an argument at Pierce's house.
Pierce has denied any involvement in the shooting.
He's being held on $175,000 bond. His next court hearing was scheduled for January 14th.
