That’s the long and short of the trial of a White former police officer’s deadly shooting of a 20-year-old Black man.
26-year veteran Kimberly Potter, insisting she pulled her gun thinking it was her Taser, has pleaded not guilty to first and second degree manslaughter in the April death of Daunte Wright just outside of Minneapolis.
