Authorities say a man is behind bars after he reportedly assaulted a woman and threatened a stranger with a sword.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Authorities say a man is behind bars after he reportedly assaulted a woman and threatened a stranger with a sword.
Lincoln police say a 53-year-old man saw 30-year-old Jordan Williams assaulting a woman early Tuesday morning.
LPD says the man tried intervening, but told officers that Williams produced a sword and told him to mind his own business.
Police said as officers approached, Williams and the victim sped off in a car.
The car was spotted later driving recklessly and eventually parked.
Williams and the woman ran from the car and were arrested hiding in shrubbery.
He was arrested for terroristic threats, weapon charges, third-degree assault and resisting arrest.
The woman is not facing any charges.
