One arrested after cutting in North Omaha High School
Authorities with the Omaha Police Department responded to a reported cutting at North High School, in Omaha.
OMAHA, Neb.-- Authorities with the Omaha Police Department responded to a reported cutting at North High School, in Omaha.
Thursday afternoon at 12:25 p.m. officers responded to North High School, to assist School Resource Officers and School Security with a cutting.
Authorities were advised that two students got into an altercation which resulted in a 17-year-old male being cut in the buttocks and upper leg area by a 15-year-old male.
The 17-year-old male was transported to Creighton University Medical Center with minor injuries.
The 15-year-old suspect was booked into Douglas County Youth Center for second-degree assault, use of a weapon, terroristic threats, concealing a weapon, and resisting arrest.
