With tens of thousands of individuals living in poverty in the Metro, Goodwill Omaha is once again holding a round-it-up campaign.

Goodwill is urging customers to round-up their purchases to support programs and missions of other anti-poverty groups in and around Omaha.

A 2016 study estimated there were 100,000 people living below the poverty level in the Metro.

Goodwill Omaha is looking to cut that number in half by 2030.
