Consulate of El Salvador welcomes new consul pending official public presentation

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Consulate of El Salvador in Omaha has welcomed the new consul: Jakelinne Corleto.

Pending an official presentation to the public, the consul extends the following message:

"We hope to have an official reunion with the community as to convene all the Salvadoran leaders of this city, as well as its officials. Today, I received a pleasant visit from local organizations that have welcomed me to Nebraska. It pleases me a lot to witness the interest of our community to be able to start working together and carry out projects in favor of the Salvadorian community."
