Two troopers, including recent graduate, arrest driver on felony charge

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Two Nebraska state troopers, including one on her first day in the job, apprehended a driver who was operating at over 3.5 times the legal limit earlier this week.
Troopers Benjamin Nguyen and Regan Holst combined efforts to remove a driver who blew 0.291 blood alcohol content Wednesday night in Lincoln. The legal limit is 0.08.
It was the driver's third offense of aggravated DUI, meaning the arrest brought a felony charge, according to the Nebraska State Patrol
It was Holst's first day in action as a state trooper after graduating from NSP training last month.
