17-year-old Makhi Woolridge-Jones, who was 16 at the time, was convicted of second degree murder in the April, 2021 shootings.
At the time it was the second Westroads shooting in five weeks and found police insisting that the mall was safe.
With good time the teen is likely to be eligible for parole when he is in his 50's.
